I really like having a filling milkshake fore breakfast, but I always use the same recipe. So I was wondering if you guys had your own recipes you'd like to suggest. Anyway here is my recipe:
1)Milk
2)Banana
3)Seasonal Fruit (currently I use peaches and/or apricots as they are in season)
4)Oatmeal
5)Tahini
6)Honey

Yes it's good stuff. Tho forgot to say it's non-skim milk.
