When a non-arcane PC tries to access Westin's shop in the Arcane Tower (Foyer), there is a conversation option (with an Intimidation check) that if successful is supposed to gain access to Westin's shop. That's currently bugged, as it only brings up an empty shop (similar to when you're just selling scrolls to him).
Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Be any class but a Wizard, Bard, Sorcerer, Spellsword (?).
Enter the Arcane Tower (Foyer), and speak to Westin. Ask to see the shop, pick up the quill and threaten to stab his hands [Intimidate], pass the check.
Expected result
-----------------------
Westin apologizes, and the shop window opens with all the scrolls available to purchase.
Actual result
-------------------
Westin apologizes, and an empty shop window opens, allowing only the selling of scrolls.
