Spirit Beast Stream issues

Shaman level 8 as of this issue.

Spirit beast only summons tier 1 Lifeseeker Rat, but you can summon a tier 2 Zombie. Should be able to summon a tier 2 Spirit Beast. Trying to use -ucl 1 or -ucl 2 causes you to summon a naked dwarf. -ucl 3 uses Tier 1 summon.

To add to this the addition of UCL sets the beast stream to level 1 summon, so if you turn off UCL by using zero it will always use level 1 summon you have to enter the tier level manually ie -UCL 6 etc.
