Hm, strange, it was working until the last update. My mistake, Divine Favor should be able to be used via scrolls. Just that the bonus should be minimal. Divine favor might not be granting the extra 10% to spell refund for cloistered path. It's hard to tell, it's possible I was getting a lot of very unlucky rolls, but failing a 90% roll so frequently makes me think something's up and it's not 90%. If I have time later I can go find an inanimate object to cast on and get some data for how frequently it's failing.
I did testing with a 1st circle spell that should have 100% refund with div favour active, and after well over a hundred casts my spell charge wasn't consumed. So it's not broken, I just got a lot of really bad rolls while out dungeoning.

Looks like the SR is also nothing, as real stonehold pierces my spell resistance, but the domain power can't break spell resistance ever.

An update on this, I have been trying to avoid using the Moon Beam while also using Defensive Casting mode and haven't experienced the bug again. my cleric, wearing normal clothing [AC0] and no shield, attempted to cast 'bless weapon'. the spell failed. then tried to cast 'divine favor'. spell failed again.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
1. level a cleric to 3rd level and choose the cloistered path.
2. make sure cleric is wearing clothing only, and not carrying a shield.
3. cast a spell.
Additional Steps:
my cleric habitually wears heavy armour and carries a large shield. i swapped these out in order to cast my buffs. if the above sequence doesn't cause the bug, try the following:
1. equip cleric w/heavy armour.
2. equip cleric w/large shield.
3. swap out armour for clothing and unequip the shield.
4. cast a spell.
Expected Result:
cleric should be able to cast spells w/o spell failure if armour is no heavier than light armour and shield is no larger than small shield.
Actual Result:
spell casting fails even w/clothing and no shield.

The domain power from the Travel domain to cast slow is not accounting for Spell Focus (Transmutation)
Tested it on the tester server with a cleric with a WIS modifier of 15 and Greater Spell Focus (Transmutation), and it showed a DC of 28. Assuming it uses the Slow spell's innate level of 3, this works out to the DC it would have without any spell focus present.

I'm not sure how it is supposed to work technically, but the mini-map exploration feature of the travel domain does not seem to be working. In several days of play now, I've never seen it fill out the mini-map.

I've been suffering from this bug with the domain powers of both the Travel (Slow) and Magic (Greater Dispelling) domains as well. Evil Domain Smite taking a Full Round

I was told that the evil domain smite is supposed to be instant like Divine Smite. If that's the case, then on this very particular build, it's not working as intended.
Steps to reproduce

Create a character with 5 levels of fighter and 3 levels of cleric. add some cot on top if you're feeling spicy. Use the evil domain smite on a creature.
Expected result
-----------------------
Evil Domain smite instant casts like the normal divine smite, then the attack is deducted from your attack schedule the following round.
Actual result
-------------------
Your character will either use the smite immediately if you're not currently in battle, then wait an entire round /or/, will wait until the following round after you've used the smite to actually smite, then spend the rest of that round doing nothing.

Magic domain doesn’t provide the feat on the character sheet but should still enable the capability to scribe scrolls. Go ahead and cast a spell on a blank scroll

The magic domain greater spell breach spell ability doesn't work with -cd. Which means if the ability doesn't refresh for some reason, I can't refresh it with the command.
