For starters, I'd like to say fixing the weather bug has been fantastic. Being able to see rain or snow makes it much easier to remember to roleplay with sensitivity to the weather.
This said, it feels like the rain and snow are extremely frequent in some well-populated areas, particularly Guldorand, particularly considering it's summer. I know it's supposed to be in the northern part of the island and have a cooler climate than Cordor (geographic realism aside, it makes things more interesting to have varied climates), but it feels like summer should have at least a few decent weather days rather than near-constant snow and biting cold; it's not as if there's piles of snow on the ground all the time. If it's not feasible to have seasonal weather cycles, it would be nice if the snow frequency got turned down a bit overall.

Don't forget the joys and pleasures of it snowing in the Abyss or Hells
I am not sure if that still happens, but it was always an amusing experience in the past.

Re: Weather on Arelith
If I am not mistaken, part of this reason is the weather may or may not use the date of the compass in the bottom right to determine snow in summer, as it was also regularly snowing in cordor.
