For clarity I did use a domain token to swap to Earth, maybe that's why? Rather than starting as Earth Domain.
I do have ESF trans/conj.
Magic domain doesn’t provide the feat on the character sheet but should still enable the capability to scribe scrolls. Go ahead and cast a spell on a blank scroll

Casting Elemental Swarm from a Scroll/Sequencer as a cleric without relevant domain (earth/air/fire/water/ooze) produces the wrong elementals, giving two elder elementals and two -greater- elementals.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Have a cleric with two domains that are not air/fire/earth/water/ooze
Have GSF Conjuration or animal domain
Cast Elemental Swarm from a true sequencers or a scroll
Expected Result:
Receive one elder air elemental, one elder earth elemental, one elder fire elemental and one elder water elemental
Actual Result:
Receive one elder air and elder fire, but receive a -greater- water and earth elemental

Evangelist doesn't grant bardsong feat or radial to path favored souls.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Have a path favored soul; Reach level 6 cleric (evangelist path); witness your charges with no feat or radial option.
Expected Result:
Evangelist gains bardsong at level 6 as written
Actual Result:
Evangelist does not gain bardsong properly, as favored soul path overwrites it somehow

I have isolated this bug to be only applicable to Earth domain power and Stonehold (specifically persistent AoE spells such as Grease, Entangle, Storm of Vengeance, and Stonehold will be avoided as Domain Powers from now on due to inconsistent DC values). -No acces to domain power. (It dissapears when tryin to slot it in the quick bar)
-It does not apear in the character sheet.
-Gust of wind from spellbook affects allies. It does not seem empowered.

Cloistered Cleric and Spontaneous Refund
First, as a cloistered cleric spontaneous casting seems to not function correctly with spell refund. When I spontaneously cast identify, it said it was spell level 7 with a refund chance of 40%. It should be level 1 and 100% chance.
That made me think, "Ok, maybe it is doing it according to the spell slot I'm burning instead of the spell itself."
Then I spontaneously cast True Sight and it said the detected spell level is 10.
Later, I cast it again, and it said it was level 8.
A level 8 spell slot was not burned when I spontaneously cast it. It was using level 4 spell slots, which is the correct spell level for me for True Sight.
Turn Undead Dominates Statues
They are level 1 constructs so, in that regard, I should be able to dominate them. However, I don't think this is intended. They're statues.
If I remove them from my party, they *wander off* and vanish.

I checked and for Identify it is, in fact, removing my level 1 spells for identify, regardless of message. So, it seems to be working. However, I still get the "Your faith has replenished your spell!" message, and the debug messages are telling me I should have a refund chance (though the level is incorrect).
Pardon the confusion, I believed the combat log messages.
In related news: the number of times I can spontaneously cast a domain spell is incorrect when placed on the skill bar.

Good/Evil domain smite is not instant attack
Not sure if this is intented or a bug, I tested in PGCC and the smites from good/evil domain has animation and is not instant smite like the real ones.

Cleric/Shaman elemental swarm broken
If you try to multiclass cleric/shaman the elemental swarm spell is permanently set to the vanilla summons and you cannot change it using the streams.

Current domains at testing were animal and healing, neither of which offer elemental swarm. Every time i cast it gives me 1 of each element as is standard but streams wont change them.

Cleric Domain Spells Disappearing on Server Change
This is happening with any Inflict Wounds spell from the death domain. The prepared spell will be completely erased when I move to another server, the spell book then needs to be reloaded (or spells added manually), and then a rest is required to get them back.

A longstanding issue with how vanilla domain.2da works. Likely an engine issue and not much can be done on our end... Or maybe we can, might take some SQL and database magic, which is beyond my purview. Might need Mord or Hoodoo to look into this.
