Elven Artifacts in the Deep Wells

Credits to viewtopic.php?f=37&t=39351 for the idea. Here I'd like to suggest making use of those artifacts mechanically useful in some way.

Add a rare drop called 'Elven Artifact Fragment' to the loot matrix of the few hardest bosses of the Deep Wells. These items can then be turned in to Myon authority for a considerable amount of coins.

Also add a few NPCs across the island that also buy these artifacts.

- A smuggler in the Zhentil Keep Embassy
- A drow defiler in Andunor
- A wizard in the Arcane Tower
- ...

These NPCs' price should be higher than Myon, or favors the PC in other ways.

Now to bring some conflict, Myon authority could get a vague list of sellers in some way, describing their race, stature, gender etc.
