Exclusive Origin Reward

I always wanted to play a Siglite but couldn't due to DMs ruling that players cannot do so, yet there are Sigilites in certain locations of the game as NPCs. So I came to think that maybe we could expand the locations people come from to more exclusive locations, but they must spent a certain aware tier for it (ie Major, Greater, etc.). To make sure the character would not break the lore of the server and would work out the player would create an application for the character, choosing from a list of pre-approved locations/planes from the DMs and explain their character and motive to the DMs. If the DMs approve it then they can spend the award to create that character from that location.
