Ranger Can't Prepare Blades of Fire

The new Blades of Fire cantrip is on the Ranger spell list (sweet!) but... Rangers don't have any 0th level spell slots still (boo). I tried resting to make sure it wasn't some weirdness there, but still no way to actually prepare the spell.

I'm assuming this is just an oversight as Rangers don't ususually have cantrips.

We're aware of the issue and it looks like our solution will be to add cantrips to Hexblade and Ranger. We're just figuring out what other cantrips to add and if it is possible to do.
