Add the recommended level range to writs in your ledger

I don't think this would be particularly difficult to implement - Just like it's been added to the writmaster's dialogue menu, append the recommended level range to the tail end of the writ's name in your adventurer's writ description. This information is already available to the player and will help players who sometimes leave the game for a few days and forget what the recommended level range is for writs they've taken as much as half a week ago.
