To actually assist the devs, and the reason you should complete the template, is to provide more information so our dev team can quickly fix this without having to investigate/spend time searching through the module on a vague comment of brokenness.
Include things like: where the issue is/the area name. Any screenshots/logs you might have.
Simply saying "honey doesn't work" is really unhelpful and vague, please therefore include the location of what's not working and anything else to aid in finding where the issue is.

That's the issue, There is no more information, They just don't work, There is no log and no screenshot that could clear that up, All I know is honey spots in Skaljard don't work, Every single one on the entire server.

The Dome Honey hives have been broken since they were introduced as far as I know and there was a thread somewhere listing them all. There is one dome by the arcane tower that does work but I /think/ it is because you can stand sort of above it on a slight hill, making it seem as if the access is too high on the others or the fixture needs sunk down some?
I don't play on skal so no idea if this is the issue referenced or where these locations are to help narrow them down there.
