Description of Bug Experienced:
When exploring in the Skull Crags, specifically in the transition labled "Skull Crags (Upper Mountains) Druidic Stones", one can find a climb check in the north-west of the map that leads up to a ledge. Upon succeding, you are popped up to the ledge, but then are stuck as there isn't another climb check at the top. There isn't any other route off of the ledge either, effectively making it a dead-end.
The check itself is simple, and I was able to complete it with a climb of 2, meaning anyone could accidently come across this bug.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Use the climb check located in the Skull Crags, and succeed.
Attempt to get back down.
Expected Result:
A climb node at the top to allow you to climb back down.
Actual Result:
No climb node or other route off of the ledge, causing you to become stuck and require either a lens or DM assistance to escape.

Additional Information/Notes
The ledge itself is devoid of any points of interest/loot/anything, and thus there is little reason that I can see, outside of fringe RP, to go up there in the first place.
Thanks for your time.

Re: Dead-End Climb Check in Skull Crags
This climb spot doesn't exist anymore, so I'll close the report.
