Freelancer Writ Document Doesn't Track Progress

Description - I made a new goblin PC, Dibgub. I gave him a Freelancer writ in the Underdark. The writ progress doesn't track on the document, but will show up in the event log screen. So far, I have done Patrolling the Floodplains, Under Andunor (in progress), Rothe Cave, and Tangled Web (?). None tracked progress.

Steps to reproduce - Make goblin PC, take Freelancer writs, do them, check progress on document, don't see progress.

Expected result - The writ document will show which areas you've patrolled or how many baddies/goodies you've killed in an area.

Actual result - No progress is tracked.
