For some reason, a particular city denizen more often than not ends up here:
She is pulled here because the board is interactable, but she ends up blocking the board until reset. Yes, we can interact with said board, but it feels very weird to interact with it when this denizen is standing practically in the board and cannot be convinced to move away from said board.
Forcing her to stay still near the other two by the wolf statue would also work.
