The Barbarian has a very, ridiculously niche path called the Tribesman. By sacrificing their Rage, they get two tribal warriors that... Ultimately ends up being inferior. It would be probably better off in the long-run that Tribesman Barbarian is replaced with a proper prestige class of different name that works similar to the Tribesman Barbarian, but actually suited for it. So by suggesting a Prestige class, Barbarians do not need to be branched into a path to sacrifice their strongest point (Rage), but will instead sacrifice a class-slot.
It would also be interesting to just be a Commander or Strategist character in a way, leading a small squadron of ragtags NPCs similar to Druid's Elemental Swarm.
