Tranmutation Specialists not getting +10 on empowered zoos

Description: Playing a Transmutation Specialist wizard (30) with SF, GSF and ESF transmutation with empowered spell only produces +8 on initial casting when prior it produced +10 with 100% consistency

Steps to reproduce Cast Empowered zoo spells while having Trans-spec, SF/GSF/ESF transmutation

Expected result: +10 stat on cast of empowered zoo spell

Actual result: +8 stat on cast of empowered zoo spell

Bump: It still happens, from time to time. I don't know yet what causes it, but it seems rather random. It happens only on one server though - if i transition to a different server, it works fine there. until it breaks at least.

Occurred to me in Underdark server.

As a side note: It specifically just ignores empower spell metamagic. I cast regular bear's endurance, and then empowered one, and both casts gave me +8.
