When speaking with the Seeker of Silver, Hilde Kupfer in the Golden Halls, you cannot access the bank account. It just reverts every time back to the initial conversation.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Go to Hilde, try to access bank.
Expected Result:
Money.
Actual Result:
No Money.
