Wiki states its 10+arcane quiver lvl +dex or int so max 40+hard dex or int
Ingame it states 10+AA levels+dex or int
So max 30+hard dex or int (this is the current DC calculation ingame)
Nor sure which one needs to be updated but would be nice to get them matching as intended
