https://wiki.nwnarelith.com/Melee_Weapons says Platebreaker Lance has keen.
The weapon crafted did not come with Keen and I only realized that after runes were spent.
Is there a way to get a refund? I was misled by the wiki.

Sorry bruv, seems the actual stats were between patches.
Wiki has been updated to reflect real values.
I'm afraid this falls into the category of "when bad things happen to good adventurers", so you'll have to make another.
