The ship owners get sort of a raw deal as far as personal storage goes.
How about giving them a storage spot near where the lease is?
Iron Throne ships could have a spot in the Iron Throne building, Sencliff ones could have a spot in the Locker, etc.
Ship logistics take up basically all ship storage and the captains just have to deal. Even a 10 slot storage similar to bank storage would go a long way.
