Currently, the Naval Barracks is very separated from Leviathan. If you want to move items between Leviathan and Naval Barracks, either direction, you have to go through server transition and an extra area (and it's not an easy run in Outskirts area given the clutter and ridges between gate and barracks, making you take winded path).
In the past, moving from Barracks to Levi was okay because Decker existed, cutting that distance in a single dialogue (but same wasn't possible the other way around). However, with recent change making Decker lose this function, there's no convenient way between two places, making resupply or safestoring trips a big hassle. Would it be too much to ask for a little pier extension on docks map (the Surface area), that would transition to and from Outskirts, by that ruined unused spot; or at the very least, do a mooring point and little skiff like you can transition between Crow's Nest Drydocks and Hut? Wouldn't alleviate the fact you have to cross servers between the two places, but at least would save on a loading screen and an obstacle course.
