After the newest changes, scry seems to display some odd numbers.
I tried to scry a protected a target and this was the result (Scry time was 2 mins)
FWIW the CD went away immediately after resting, so presently neither part of the update is working.
What I did:
I scried a protected targeted with a duration of 2 minutes
What I expected:
2 minute cooldown on scry that persists through rest.
What happened:
16 Minute CD that disappeared after resting.
Just for clarification - the minimum cooldown timer - in success or failure - is (meant to be) always 4 minutes.
A fix is in the pipe. This one was my fault <.<

This is happening because I derped a little calculation and converted seconds to minutes.
if it wasn't clamped for safety, you'd be seeing a cooldown timer of 4 hours >.>
