Divination Specialist Wizard Premonition still 30/+5

As title! My character has the ESF Divination and is a Specialist Divination Wizard. I've got the requirements, wiki says "Premonition grants +7 DR (instead of normal +5)" if you have the ESF as a diviner. I don't get that.

It's undocumented, but this only applies to epic wizards too.
Are you an epic wizard?

Sorry, dumb question. I just realized that you need epic levels to get the ESF.
This is pretty weird then.

I tested this in the PGCC, and it seems to be working fine.
Epic level
Divination specialist
ESF feat
and the spell was cast from the book

This correctly gave my character a +7 premonition that blocks +5 weapons.
I'll need more information if you can replicate this bug.

Yeah, it was just that you must have 21 wizard levels to get the bonuses and it doesn’t say that in any of the documentation.
