Dynamic kobolds are not selectable

On the non PGCC servers you can't pick the dynamic kobold model. Have not checked the PGCC lately.

I'm not 100% sure this is a bug, maybe the dynamic model is still in development. But I think I remember being able to use the dynamic models months ago on the main servers so I'm reporting it as a possible bug.

Not a bug, dynamic kobolds are not available in the main server.
