As it stands, Westin in the Arcane Tower only sells to Wizards, Sorcerers, and Bards.
However, recently, two more Arcane Casters were added; Hemomancer and Elementalist.
It seems to be an oversight that these two classes, while fully implemented for some time now, haven't been added to the list of classes Westin will sell to.

I'm pretty sure Elementalists got added but Hemomancers weren't. I play an Elementalist and he uses Westin's shop all the time.

Ah, well, Hemomancers still aren't on the list, despite being a full caster. One that I haven't even seen any IC discrimination against the way Warlocks are discriminated against. Either way, given the Tower's neutral disposition, it would make sense to include Warlock and Hemomancer to Westin's list. Otherwise, it's back to breaking his poor fingers
