Guildhouse Guards Become Naked After You Change Their Appearance

The issue:
Some guildhouse npc guards become naked when you apply changes to their outfits.

The Area:
Devil's Table Manor

What I expected to happen:
The NPC guards would all change outfit.

What actually happened:
Some NPC guards change outfit, others unequip all their armor and stand naked.

To believe in an ideal is to be willing to betray it.

This is a quirk of the system that we have not been able to fix yet. Good news, though, they won't be naked next reset.
