I recently earned a major award after 2 years of attempting to acquire one. I made a mistake in picking my level one class. I felt at the time Id have fun playing fighter Firbolg. Which its been not fun playing or rping with. I was wondering if there was a way to change my class or would I need to earn another major award to fix my error, as I have gone past level 11.

My hopes would be to put it somewhere inline with the races standard practices of druid or even shaman.

Once you go beyond level 10 you cannot refund the award. You're stuck with what you've taken.

Should be easy enough to navigate, might take a few days for reply, but they do reply.
Don't want to keep your hopes up though, usually once character is past 10, its set in stone.

If anything, I'll help if you need a build salvaged, I can maybe make up something you might enjoy.

I'm pretty sure you need to have another award to use to correct things, but staff can say for sure if you submit a ticket or PM on forums. Best of luck!
