Retake Level
This requires DMs as we do not want the ability to reduce and increase by single levels to make skill point shifting to become a trivial exploit. We will continue to require DM interaction for these approvals..
Change Soundset
This requires DM's as excessive use of this feature can drastically change the nature of a PC. I see potential for instead allowing use of the -soundset command to change your soundset once in game like with heads.
Change Portrait
We mainly keep this to approval required as players often make errors with the naming of the change they request and the DM's typically catch this. Again, we could do similar to the head command her allowing players to change it once outside of entry.
Relevel Token
We don't really use this one at the moment, as you noted with relevels openly available, if that ever changed it would likely involve the Astrolabe in some way for approval to reduce exploiting/overuse.
Redeem Class Token
To be clear on this, no players are "auto approved" for class tokens. Instead 40/50 is allowed to apply for these tokens without a full application, this means that they can just say "Hey, I want to take X class on character Y, as a 40/50 RPR I would like this token.", the DM team does still review the account after this for any cases or other issues that may exist that may exclude that player from receiving the token. As an example if there is a 40 RPR player but they have had recent PvP rule breaks we may deny a request for an Assassin token due to the inherent PvP nature of that class.
At this time these won't be moved to direct automatic approval, if they did it would likely be moved to being in-game with a command, rather than the Astrolabe.
