I would suggest including lesser, standard, and greater bags, or containers for equipment, potions, and other misc. to give extra space in inventory.
A suggested price would be:
10000 gp for lesser bag - 20% weight loss
25000 gp for standard bag - 45% weight loss
50000 gp for a greater bag - 80% weight loss
Each bag category would hold more and weigh less.
