Description of Bug Experienced:
I saw that a quarter in the Spider Web tavern in Andunor was for sale and had bought it, I was later told that I shouldn't have been able to do that.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
I was using -disguise
Walked up to quarter
Bought said quarter and was able to rename it.
Expected Result:
Denied the quarter?
Actual Result:
Purchased successfully
