I think that of all the class feats, this may be on which deserves the most love. I understand the lore behind it. howevern mechanically it is laughable, allowing you to once-per-day give you about half of what a heal kit would.
Would it be possible to add a timer to it instead, something rather quick... perhaps 30s? Something substantial (in the end, all it does is save money and space on heal kits) but not something that could be spam-abused.
