As his tale ends, I would like to thank all those who have contributed to his/my adventure! I would like to try a story/diary kudos format, so please feel free to add on in case I have left you out or got some facts mixed up. My apologies if I have, as it HAS been quite a long time. Heck, I think about half the players/characters he used to travel with don’t play anymore or have been rolled. So please please please please help him remember before he slips into the great beyond!
If Twinks has somehow touched your character in one way or another, please feel free to note it down as well. It will be nice to see how far and wide his journey took him.

If anyone wants any of his things as a keepsake, do drop me a PM. We will have until the end of the year to sort that out.

The Half-Orc Bard retires from the Nomad’s dining area and skips towards one of the many free rooms in the back. As they had countless times before, the bells on his clothes jingled as he skipped, announcing his arrival or departure wherever he went.
This time however, his skips were not as fluid, and the jingles not as jingly. To the casual observer, it would seem that the bard was tired. Yes, he was tired indeed, and old.
Closing the door, Twinkles hangs up his sparkly, jingly clothes on a stand. After removing the foundation and glitter dust from his face, Solo Silvermane sits by the candle-lit table and begins to write in a worn leather journal.
Dear Diary,
By the grace of Sharess, yet another day has passed for me. Truly, I am weary, and I feel it in my bones that I shall soon reach my long journey’s end. I suppose now is a good time as any, to recount the great companions that I have been blessed with during my travels, and how they have made this life so wonderful. Oh, so many… where shall I begin?
Golith Danesti
Ah, yes Golith. One of my first few adventuring companions. Oh, how I remember that day in the Iron Mines when he saved us all from a kobold shaman. I still carry the dagger that was made from that act of saving us. A pity he went back to the mainland so soon, I wonder how he’s doing now?
Gilgamesh Ironfist
Oh, Gil, what times we had in the spires, keeping the Frost Giants away from the Golden Halls. Thank you for all the times you’ve kept fragile me safe up there, as well for not looking down on me just because I am more musically inclined as compared to the rest of our half-orc brethren.
Doili Troff
Another whom I am proud to call brother, never a more stalwart travelling companion have I seen, and none more noble. I hope that the bushes that I helped to plant are still there near the Halls, the mountains can be so dreary sometimes.
Baelun
Baelun the Blademaster, spinning like a top! I can still remember that tune like it was yesterday. A capable warrior, and dependable companion. I do believe out of all my travels, you asked for songs most often! Hah!
Thraxus
Destruction’s Nexus! A fearsome fighter who would never back down from a fight! I dread to think that you have become the embodiment of the song I sang for you, since I never saw you anymore.
Vastian
Vastian the Bastion! Kind hearted and naïve, I hope the two ladies weren’t the death of you my friend. Wherever you are now, I wish you all the best.
Kar’Anna
My dearest Kar’Anna, half-elven barbarian. I am sorry if the feelings you had for me caused you distress. Indeed, how could a mistress of martial prowess be moved by a mere musician? Though you have left the isle to truly find yourself, I still remember your advise – If you see double, you swing twice as hard!
Salasker Dusk
Mr Dusk, one of the few fair folk who wouldn’t scoff at travelling with a half-orc, for that I am glad. Your company and insight have made my short days that much more enjoyable. I can only hope that in your long lifespan, you will not forget me.
Grendal Bloodwater
Dreadlord Grendal, although we may not have travelled together. You have played a great part in my journey. I was tasked to write a poem that made fun of you, which I did. For fear of reprisal, I adopted a new persona, and thus Twinkles was born. I am saddened to hear that you have left the isle, for I would have liked to tell you in person.
