Player Created Book Availability

As some folks might know (and by default other folks won't know) some player created books are now placeables within certain libraries instead of being tossed into the book matrix. These placeable books make it much easier for everyone to get a look as the matrix can at times be as agreeable as a sugar pumped three year old. Anyone who has sought after language books or the last piece of The History of Elves will understand.

So, perhaps, those rascally scribes of Oghma (who are always scribbling away) might, for a price, scribe for you a copy of [insert book that evades my grasp despite selling house to Tymora]. The player placeable books would be a solid option (though seeking them out has been fun and assured me that my TAB button works) and perhaps a speckling of others.

Maybe?

Of course we could always stick with the odd NPC who, surprisingly, does offer up a text or two.
