Cormyr Bound!

Post by Violet Riverwood »

So this miiiight be a little bit sudden, but Violet is taking a trip to Cormyr that she likely will not be returning from. I just wanted to say an absolutely massive thank you to every single person Violet has ever interacted with. Violet was my first ever actually good character and I couldn't have done it without having all of these other people for her to speak terrible Common to!

Rosalie - Violet's bestest friend in the world, regardless of what happened. Her first real friend on the isle, and the first friend that she actually lost. Rosalie was by far the most important person to Violet for a long time, and kinda shaped her into the person she is. And not only a fab character, but a chill person OOC, don't change bruh.

Talyrrae - WHERE TO BEGIN this has been a complete rollercoaster omg. It took Violet like 3.5 seconds to go from "grr not nice drow lady I'll get you" to "yes ma'am, no ma'am, three bags full ma'am". It has been an absolute blast to RP with you.

Ilphaeryl and Xullthrae - Vert et Rouge! Ilphaeryl is possibly the first Cormyrian speaking Drow and I still cry with laughter every time I see it creep into conversation. Both of the twins meant a whole lot to Violet, despite teasing her a whole damned lot.

Asb'el - Violet stiiiiill doesn't quite know where she stands with Asb'el, but she is just super glad that they get on at the very least. Looks up to her a whooooole lot, and you're also an 11/10 person OOC.

Alice and Katie - Her two favourite Sunites. Sorry that she never got to say good bye! Violet almost immediately wanted to make sure that they were kept out of harms way, and couldn't help but adore the crap outta them from day one. Look after the shrine for her!

Kyomi - This one was a tough one, and probably the one that Violet is saddest about. She will aaaalways feel guilty for how things ended between them, and always a little bit mad too :P

And here is a list of the more... Stand out people that I can remember to list:
Latharia
Rhaeg - Stop questioning my identity
Drift
Malak - Stop being mean to me
Elysia - Tried to be mad at her but Violet couldn't help but like her
Alicia
Glencour - Brother from another mother
The entire Cordor Guard
The Triad
Wharftown/Sencliff
Arabella - Ended up being her only friend near the end of it all. An 11/10 character and an 11/10 person 22/20 overall you pass
Tyvie
Literally anyone I ever spoke to in the Underdark

And everyone else that I really cannot remember. You're all fab, and thanks a lot!

I have already told you how amazing I find your writing to be. In the short time that they knew each other, Arabella grew a small attachment to the twisted Sunite. I am glad that she was able to speak with her in the museum before her final days.

Violet's story was a real tearjerker, even OOCLY it tugged at my heartstrings. And the more she said not to help her, the more Alice and Katie wanted to help. And Alice cried when she read the letter... A lot. She may have soaked a few people's shirts with her tears. Kudos right back at ya! The tragic character that is Violet will surely be missed. <3

Oh the year was 1778...
