So, to clarify: I'd assumed this update was the result of an issue with distribution, not the fault of the developers themselves (e.g. a corrupted upload). That something so obviously broken would be pushed through barring some kind of technical failure strikes me as pretty unlikely.

However, with every update, there are new bugs. Such is the nature of the development cycle.

I can certainly refrain from posting issues concerning graphics updates in the future if bringing attention to them is considered offensive.

Do not know if it's been mentioned, but the Ice Cavern type biomes (at least the Ice Spider area in Underdark, end of Ice Roads) have lost with the update it's "icy" feel. It looks like a normal cavern now, not white-and-ice as it used to be.

Just pointing it out.

I’ll take a look at the areas in game to see what’s changed. They may need some tweaking in the toolset to regain their feeling if they are using a facelift texturing.
