Being able to put down a table/chairs, a couple of crafting stations, a message board, and some bookshelves would go a long way to having this place actually function as an outpost for the Guild. As it stands, it looks very weirdly empty and makes the space awkward to try and RP in.
Areas like this can be used to cultivate vibe and facilitate RP for the factions they serve as a space for. As it stands, that's not possible to do with 5 fixtures (especially considering the room is just flat out 100% empty by default).

This is basically the greyhammer area and is shared between both quarter owners and the dale as a whole so having more room outside would allow the two quarters and shops there to add fixtures / or swell things up for player events temporarily.

While partly a wilderness area, the western bank/area has been used for a good bit of RP for a particular faith group. Anytime I move my ritual things here I am fearing a reset, as the area has been 10/10 for so long.

Considering everything that's gone on in the past two months for the Banite Faction, I'd like to request a Fixture Limit increase on this area to allow some wiggle room for decoration/roleplay, especially as there are ALOT of people using this area.

With a 60 fixture limit there is absolutely no way that anybody can decorate or make this area player-unique without stepping on the toes of everyone else.

I don't think it needs a lot more for the limit, but it would be nice to have a little more wiggle room for people to decorate the sitting area, the siderooms, the classrooms, and the fountain/shop area.

This is another wide-open space with a lot of room to support players doing interesting things with fixtures, such as creating mystical gardens and artistic displays. However, having any form of density in the area as it stands appears difficult. It would be nice to be bumped just a little higher so that players can feel encouraged to grow into the space.

The Scrivener's Keep has 2 quarters in it with 7 fairly interesting but empty rooms that can be used for RP purposes. Currently its 73/80 with the unoccupied quarter still having only 1 fixture. The place could really use more PC made bookshelves and furnitures. Currently there's no active faction RPing there (There's only me currently! Others are playing other toons.), but I do pull people there from time to time in hopes of getting some interest in the place (and maybe find recruits! =D). Still a few empty spots to fill and the quarter to furnish. It would be nice to be able to add more since it holds two rentable quarters for personal use.
EDIT: Also, there are three sit positions there that are janky, I would post a screenie if I could, but I am on my mobile (as I always am). All three are inside the rentable quarters, it would be nice to maybe just get rid of them. Thanks!
