It would be my hope if evil was given a place to live that wasn't an open PVP area there would be time to grow build alliances and if team good showed up to kill bash and pariah, who cares. I wouldn't be RPing in their cities anyway. I would be in an area enjoying the RP I enjoy.
If team good wants to come by enmass for murderhobo crusade against evil hopefully there would be enough activity to confront and kill.
