Ban this man.
Also I really like little nooks and crannies that exist for roleplay. Little areas that are harder to reach or are just kinda hidden. Maybe they are out in the open but they are in the middle of nowhere. These are the places I seek to RP in whenever I get the chance. I love them. Random table and seats in a cove, a statue overlooking a valley, ruins in the middle of a forest, etc etc. They aren't even dungeons, just nice little places to rp. I want more of them on Areltih, as much as there are a good number as it stands.

Barbarian rouges yelling "back to back" 6 times in a row, even when they are fighting alone.
The sheer stupidity of my summon. Every time I fight with the dread mage/etc, when I click attack nearest he runs happily to agro another group of mobs. I start to think he doesn't like me.
The first time one of my friends saw the Cordor gate broken; "O no, they force us to go thru the Scary Nomad every time now!"
Etc.
P.C
I am not sure you can call it a small thing :p, but every time I log in to Arelith I smile.

When you make a new character and run out to the Cordor mines to hear the Xvarts yell 'Noooooooo~!' in that pathetic voice as you wantonly slay them. Makes me chuckle every single time.

I've naturally included various 'secret' things. For instance one of the mundane animals on the server is not what it seems and has a unique conversation when discovered.
Inspired, of course, by the "moo I say!" Brahmin of fallout 2.
For quite a while the map room of andunor was a hidden location too.

Several NPC conversations in Andunor and Cordor made by the new dev team are really just NPCs being absolutely sick and tired of PCs and their shit. Morris the Nightwatchman, the Rotheherd, the dude by the Spore Farm doors, the duergar merchant who says "Evenin'", and the drow next to the gate in the flood plains in particular stand out, and I love them and their attitude.

Well if the subject is things that make us smile, just knowing that some players have bothered to read these conversations definitely counts for me. I do sometimes worry that I write them just for myself.

Muddling's description, which is something along the lines of:
"Not much is known about these creatures. What is their purpose? Do they make good pies?"
Some of the descriptions are also pretty good lore-wise, like the Shadow Phaerimm. But too often I don't have time to sit and read it through unless you have a corner to hide and examine it.
Edit: Also, the table for two at Mechanus. Not exactly the most romantic of places lol.

Fixtures and things I made with other characters that are still somehow there!
Being surrounded by a dozen of potentially hostile characters and get to RP enough to leave without exploding and getting killbashed all the way back to level 2.

halfling prisoner: Pleased to see you!

Streethaunts outside the Void <3 Description rocks.
Enchantment updates. Smashing together 5% items have never been as fun.
All updates really. It's great to see so much new content add to the server.

Wild mage surges and faerzress
Alhoon bartender, best bartender. Even after all these years.
Illithid in general.
Creepy huntsman of Cordor chasing headless horseman.

It was hard by the dim lake of Auber,
In the misty mid region of Weir—
It was down by the dank tarn of Auber,
In the ghoul-haunted woodland of Weir.
etc etc.
