What are some people's favorite strength based Melee builds?
How would a ftr 20, wm 7, rog 3 compare with a bard 20/Harper paragon 5/ fighter 5 or a battle cleric?

WM vs Bcleric is a skill match, though WM usually wins. Cleric has to play very carefully to avoid its burst damage.

WM vs. Bard is a skill matchup, though I'd give the edge to the WM (i.e. bards struggle against burst).
All three builds are strong.
Battle clerics are perhaps the best overall melees when given unlimited preparation time, but require a lot more build up time and are susceptible to dispels.
WMs have the most burst of the three, and also tend to be good to go at a moment's notice (compared to the alternatives).
Bards fall somewhere in between, but also bring a lot of support abilities.
If I had to rank them by tiers, they'd all be pretty close to one another, though I'd lean toward Bard = WM > Battle Cleric.
