Went through Minauros and with a 5/- acid resist essence and 7 regeneration (occasionally 10 due to elemental), still was getting burned down. The damage per tic was around 12-19, which was barely manageable but when the lag made the double rain hit things got rough quick.

To play devils advocate it is rather simple to get 10/- dr and 50% immunity to acid in game with only 2 pieces of equipment. Which means 25-30 acid damage a round would be dropped to about 2-5 acid damage a round.

So long as the area's not doing 40 acid damage each tic it should be easily manageable with proper gear.

And you can nullify that w/regeneration
