Pretty much most of the lvl 16 weapons are a touch below M damask but are much easier to put keen on.

For example, look at the +3 enchantment, 1d10 electric damage hammer. That has 1d8 + 3 physical + 5.5 elec VS 1d8 + 6 physical + 4 element.

It's also, iirc, manually posted up on rune qualities to still need a T3 rune, just like MD. The scimitar is the same way.

I haven't checked that one to be honest, but some of the other 16 ones can be done with a greater.
