Thank you all for participating in the thread. The purpose of this thread isn't to try and fix any of these feats, but there is value in identifying what these feats are. Perhaps we can refurbish them in the future.
I agree that we can up some of the values for those skill-related feats, and that's something to be looked into.

To-do list
Most of the obvious ones were already said, but I think Improved Parry is pretty useless. It's essentially just a bonus of +4 to the Parry skill, and the Skill Focus feats now give +5 to whichever skill is selected. Maybe bring the bonus up to +5, or make it so Improved Parry also brings the AC gained up by one tier for the BAB requirement, if not maxed.
