now that im out of work due to You Know What, ive had a lot less doodle time, because doodle time has been replaced by social isolation induced emotional breakdowns and frantic commission illustrations to make money to survive the fresh hellscape that is our global reality. and also, actual drawings instead of crappy pen doodles. eventually i hope i can actually finish em:

I have general knowledge of the tools and interface, but alas, my wallet is not powerful enough for Adobe to bless my harddrive.

As for the second question - i had not considered that, no! Though something tells me there's gonna be some unfortunate stylistic dissonance that'll keep it from looking as nice as one would hope. Still, maybe I'll try it one of these days just to see how well it works.

i also got a really awesome commission done but i cant show it to anyone because i typically dont post commissions unless my commissioner says theyre alright with it and i never ask for permission myself because i am a spineless coward who slithers away from all social interaction on my belly like a slug

This is my favorite commission that I've drawn so far. It took me a month (and two different doctor visits to figure out if I was getting carpal tunnel) but god was it worth the effort. So happy to have had the opportunity to really sit down and take the time to illustrate some of my favorite people I ever played with. (It doubles as a widescreen monitor desktop background!)



From left to right we have the Nightingale, Umbra, the Sojourner, and the Wanderer.

And as a bonus, this is actually one of the first commissions! Here's Akorae - and I would say something nice about the character but her dad would yell at me. ;P

By the way - it's worth pointing out that I take requests here too. No guarantee that I'll draw what you ask for, but on days like today where I feel beat up and need a little push for some extra inspiration, having someone feed me fun art ideas is a huge motivation. Especially if they come with pics & references attached.
