Thank you for seeing reason, it restores a lot of confidence.

While I dont see an issue with Spellswords getting damage shields I think casting Greater Sanctuary should remove it, and they should be unable to cast it again while in greater sanctuary. Attacking fully buffed from GS, with Acid Sheath up just offers incredible tempo advantage. It forces someone to either waste a round, getting hit with imbues and damage, or attack into acid sheath. Forcing spellswords to cast their damage shields outside of greater sanctuary seems like a compromise.

If you're getting jumped by a spellblade that's had time to fully buff you're either going to need some full-fat disjunctions, or you're in escape and re-position/re-engage stance anyway.

You're not changing the paradigm and the interplay with the suggested nerf, it just makes you feel better.

I play a spellsword.

Then why are you offering a nerf that you know won't slow you down? That's disingenuous.

I also have one in my stable.

Highlights are mine.

In your past two posts you have implied I am upset by getting jumped, and demanding a nerf to make myself feel better, and next that I am being disingenuous, instead of simply holding another opinion as you do. Are there any other assumptions you would like to make about my character, or motivations?

When something is so powerful that half the people you run into are playing it just to solo runic bosses, you should probably expect a nerf.

Also, could Time Stop be looked at? Everytime I've PvP'd against a spellsword, they pull it and it does not work anywhere near how the wiki says it does. Nothing is more fun than some scrub casting TS when you're at over 90% of your health and just watching them kill you while you just sit there waiting.

Might as well just go order a pizza or something productive.

I was describing a situation. The "you" is a generic "you". Relax.
