Do you know if Loremaster at least helps with Spell Penetration?

Just to clarify guys, CL progression means you get CL for your class's spellbook. Your spellbook's spells will have +2 CL vs dispels/spell-resistance, +2 CL to their duration and power, etc etc. Class's abilities do not gain any progress from this, and anything outside of the Spellbook doesnt get any progress from this. If you are playing a loremaster without any spellbook you will keep 30 CL and gain no bonus from this. While Flare is technically a spell, elrdich blast isnt scaling off CL, only warlock level because in itself it is not a spell.

I heard someone tried Secret of Abjuration and their -ward duration was very short. Like 5 IG hours, I assume. Considering the DC of the ability is very low without actually being a caster with abjuration focuses, this ability is only picked for it's RP value in blocking scry and for that purpose the duration is very short. Most secret meetings go on for at least a real time hour or two, or four....

Is there a plan to change this to full character level any time soon?
