Kudos to the server

Kudos to the server. Cities was maxed yesterday, and as long as 30 fully buffed with people with spawns weren't in one area, the lag was pretty minimal. So kudos to those who made the changes and did the work to make it so a great time could be had without the past lag crawls. Thank you.
