Temple of Bane updates

Can temple of Bane NPC's be updated to match FR cannon clergy ranks and titles, as referenced in my topic viewtopic.php?f=14&t=974, as well can the "chaplain" be updated to a banker, or can a new NPC be added for banker such as a "Zhentarim Merchant" please!
