Permenant Fixture placement (Borins Helmet)

Worth a shot so here it goes

I'd like to request that if it's possible to make Borins helmet a permenant placement/spawn for that spot on the spires beside the throne! does'nt have to be named descriptive or anything! thats for the players to tell the tale of borin
and others to wonder why theres a helmet in the snow upon a peek!
