Amras' Farewell Kudos

After 3 years, with a break in between, I've finally rolled Amras. He experienced good times and lesser times, but in the end I as a player enjoyed making him, playing him, seeing him grow and then at the end being able to say goodbye before finally dying.
As is apparently done more often than not, I'll make a list of specific characters that meant a lot to Amras and his development as a character. Unfortunately 3 years is a rather long time so my apologies if I did not mention you.

Ari'anna
Arkwin
Asherrin
Azrael
Buppi
Fe'dath
Feng
Ghestaldt
Ievos
Jadoth
Keryvian
Leela
Liunia
Lunarya
Mithrim
Myr
Nicodemus
Olivia Rivers
Shalifil
Syrian
Tianae
Vanion
Z'ephyr
(Woman in Red - whose name I don't know but had a rather intense cat&mouse interaction with through emotes in the clover)

The last two days/nights were some of the most enjoyable RP I experienced. A major kudos to those who spoke/RP'd with him during that time. You all know who you are!

I would elaborate on the reasons as to why, but all of you should know already and I prefer not spoiling anything!
A heartfelt thank you to all those mentioned and otherwise, for the fun you gave me while playing Amras.

-J

I liked Amras, from everything I've seen of him, he managed to be grim and serious without ever becoming over-the-top. And although Jad might not always have gotten along with him, he still respected the guy.

Aw, I liked Amras quite a bit - a shame Yeto didn't get to say goodbye!

He was definitely an elf that had a lot of Yeto's respect.

One of the better elves I've ever interacted with, and perhaps the only black archer who did it right.

<3 Loved him!

"I recognize good thievery"

Amras managed to steal my black and jaded heart. So right back at you.

I'm glad I had an opportunity to meet and know Amras with Keryvian; he was solid.

Bye comrade.

*sniff sniff* One of the few rp's of a toons death that brought tears to my eyes. Zep will treasure the "Almost" . That said I utterly enjoyed the banter between the two and while both Zep and I will miss Amras, I look forward to seeing you rp another awesome toon.

Didn't really come into contact with Amras during most of his history, but enjoyed the hell out of his presence for the time my characters did know him.

Looking forward to whatever comes next.

This was one of the characters that if I saw online, I would try to manage my way into places he'd be (I'd even drop stealth in order to get a speedy!)

Amras is what I think of when I look for a shining example of how to play a 'gray' elf. Walking that edge between brutality and elven goodness...and to all be within the characters story without anything seeming to be forced.

*smirks at Amras/Dwayna* I'll try to get that 'emote' thing down for your next stealthed character buddy! Looking forward to see what stories you have next!
