Hello again.

Are Pale Masters with the Epic Dragon Knight forced into summoning a Dracolich, or can they still choose to summon other types through the usage of books? In other words, could a Pale Master with the feat summon a Prismatic Dragon?

You're not forced into summoning a dracolich.

Upon taking the pale master class, the dracolich stream is unlocked as an option. You don't have to use it.
